I had this issue recently and the issue was with the Range Extender cord. Found a replacement on eBay and was back in business.

Batteries charge normally when plugged in. RE is not being recognized and turns off it’s also not recognized in the MySmartBike app.

My bike’s internal battery works normally and charges normally. The MySmartBike app shows only the internal battery. I have tested TWO fully charged e185 Range Extender batteries. Both wake up (white/green light), stay on about 20 seconds, then shut down. Neither battery appears in the app. I...
