Well we have 2 epic se’s With about 500 miles on each. They have been great little bikes. We had an issue on one at 300 miles, rear bearings died, out of warrantee. Called Ejoe since no one would touch it locally (didn’t sell it). Sent back to San Diego, tech looked it over for $100 replaced...
I know the first gen mid drives did not have throttle option. Has anyone come up with a mid drive with throttle? May sound ridiculous but that’s a deal breaker for my wife and I. Thx
Need to find bike shop that will open hub motor. Loose nut or something sounds like roulette wheel. In Rochester ny. Will drive or mail to dealer. Please help.
Mid Atlantic western ny area or Ontario Canada. Will send to any dealer willing to open it up. Looked on YouTube and did not see much other than some guys slamming his axle on wood to pry open. Not real comfortable trying that.
Have issue with hub motor sounds like nut rolling in motor. Need a dealer that I can send rear wheel too not afraid to open motor. Please give name and phone number and city. Thx.
