I used Hi-C battery rebuild service in Denver CO. A 36v 13ah flat battery was upgraded to 17ah,giving much better range. No problem shipping the old one there using UPS,turn around time was about 2 and a half weeks. Highly recommended.

Something simple you can try,turn on the battery before you charge it. That worked for both my dolphin style batteries,in fact the 26ah one I bought from Grin has a sticker by the battery switch that says "on to charge". My flat battery charges with the switch off. I have the Satiator charger.

Today ,1/15/2020,I stopped in the York County Parks Dept. office to renew my permit for riding a ebike on the York Heritage Rail Trail. I was told that that is not necessary anymore,and the office is waiting on legalese wording to permit ebikes on the trail . The Rangers have been instructed...
