    Charging Connector for Aventure?

Wow, that would be lots of work, and it assumes your battery is always at the same starting state.

    Charging Connector for Aventure?

I guess I should phrase it differently. So why do you need a connector because Aventon's charger comes with one. Other chargers will not work with this bike, unless you tear out the BMS and install your own. Its likely Aventon designed it this way so they aren't sued when you use another charger...

    Charging Connector for Aventure?

As I said in post #14, that will not work, but if you want to waste your time on a wild goose chase, be my guest.

Tell me about suspension fork brands and pricing

The Aventure is not a serious mountain bike, so if the included fork or $200 ones are more than you need, then you better off selling it and buying a more serious mountain bike that meets your needs.

Known Issues & Problems with Aventon Products + Help, Solutions, & Fixes

Many eBikes do seem like this. The gearing is so you have a chance of getting home if the batteries die. Not really a good bike to ride fast for exercise.

    Aventure Fork Upgrade?

Yes, and my new one is so much lighter than the stock one. Got one from KRSEC. Its an air pressure type. Just make sure it fits the disc brakes and has an attachment for the fenders.

    Charging Connector for Aventure?

Not charging the batteries correctly can be very dangerous to both the batteries and your physical health, so Aventure has the right to guard that this process is safe. Aventure will sell you a replacement charger if yours breaks. I think it's like $60, which is hundreds cheaper than the Cycle...

    Charging Connector for Aventure?

So, I cut off the connector from an existing charger and spliced it on the Cycle Satiator. So that part is not the problem. The original charger uses three wires, positive, negative and handshake. The Cycle Satiator can be forced to start, but the bike battery can not. It needs the proper...

So bikes with cadence sensors measure peddle rotation, then when the rotation test is met, power is applied based on the PAS setting. Typically the set amount of rotation before activation is 1/2 to 1 rotation. That is the "lag." If PAS is 1 you get 20% power, 2 is 40%, 3 is 60%, etc. When...

Change brakes on Pace350 to hydraulic brakes

So look for brake calibers that say "line Pulling Hydraulic Disc Brake" They take cable input and convert to hydraulic brakes. So you only need to change the calipers and don't need to touch the levers. I've used them and they work well.

    Charging Connector for Aventure?

OK No luck. Let me explain in case someone else wants to try. So the Aventure charger has three terminals, positive, negative, and a sense line. I was hopping it was easy to debug, but no luck. Unfortunately this is a trend I've seen, making the charger paired to the battery. So if you...

    Charging Connector for Aventure?

Couldn't find any on eBay. So bought the incredibly expensive one from Aventon for $73. I actually need the charger after I cut off the plug because I'm selling on older eBike and need a charger for that, so not a total waste of a charger.

    Charging Connector for Aventure?

Does anyone know a source of the charging connector that fits the Aventure? I have a Grin Cycle Satiator that I would like to use but no connector. Grin sells a ST3 connector which is very close, but no cigar. Aventon most have tweeked it just a bit so it doesn't work. The Cycle Satiator can...

Aventure upgraded cadence sensor or programming?

Befang has an internal setting which sets how much peddling before it activates, but its not user changable. On another Befang bike I have it takes a programming kit. But definitely, a torque sensor is better, but doesn't need to be a midmotor.
