Raleigh IE Sprite resetting while riding

Disconnect the battery and reconnect it. If it is not pushed in tight it will do what you experienced. If that doesn't work there may be a problem in the controller or the display.

    Ebike For Hills

I have no idea how much torque it has but I have ridden up some pretty steep hills. I would agree on the scooter or emotorcycle if you don’t want to pedal.

    Ebike For Hills

Sorry Bike7777, when reading your post, I missed the word "only", referring to the throttle. That changes things that I mentioned previously. Regarding the hills I ride, and possibly the ones you will ride, there may not be an ebike that can climb them with throttle only. You might want to test...

    Ebike For Hills

There are many ebikes that can take the hills. I ride in the Adirondack Mountains. From my experience the two most important features for ebike hill climbing are the motor and battery. My 250w Evelo motor is inadequate for steep hills, even with the throttle, while my 500w Mongoose motor takes...

New Marathon Tires and Battery For the Aurora

The new Aurora models have changed quite a bit from mine, but I can tell you that I really like the bike for comfort, which is enhanced by the Shock Stop seatpost. There are only two things I am disappointed with. One is my 250w motor, which is inadequate on hills (this has been upgraded on the...

    Redshift ShockStop "Full Suspension" Review

Good review, Stefan. I have been riding with the Shock Stop seatpost on both of my bikes for about two years now. They work really well. If the seatpost is all the way down, the fender, or screw cover, will pop off when you hit a bump. Eventually the rubber band breaks and the cover is gone. No...

    Front hub motor

My 500/750w front hub bike will also experience some wheel slip starting out, but only if using the throttle. Otherwise, it rides and handles just like any other bike.

Charging. Do you charge on the bike or take the battery off to charge it?

Our bikes are kept in an unattached, unheated garage. If the temperature will be above 40° we charge the batteries on the bikes. Below that, I bring the batteries into the attached garage, which doesn't go below 45°.

    Redshift suspension seat post.

Yes, the entire cover can be removed by cutting the rubber band. It's just there for show anyway. The spring adjustment is at the bottom of the post.

    Redshift suspension seat post.

I have them on both of my bikes. They work well for me and are easy to adjust. Seat angle is also easy to adjust. If you position the seat post all the way at the bottom the magnetic adjustment cover may get knocked off. It is connected to the seat post with a rubber band. If the magnet lets go...

How did the car get there?

Looking a bit further up the road to where the sign is, there appears to be a driveway leading down to just about where the vehicle is.
