Well, have to live up to the jet sound if you wanted to continue using it unless you can send to Qiroll for engineer inspection. I'm sure they can help out.

I got there test demo version before they called it MAX, i did some comparison back several page in this very thread forum. It consume more power and good torque when climbing hills. Its a good unit but i don't like the size and weight. Just heavy and wider than Pro. Good use on heavy duty bike.

That Pro with whining sound i knew very well happened on my Merida (white bike), is it continuous? Mine like that, sound like jet turbine engine when throttle. I suspect the clutch mechanism inside making some scratches or something. Happened twice on same Pro unit. My other Pro so far was...

This sticker is very useful if you traveling on board planes because they need to know battery ratings capacity before allowed on board.

Without the friction tape you'll lost lots of torque..you may not feel it but it slips a lot even when dry but super worse on wet roads like 0 torque. I ditch the stock Qiroll friction tape 4 years ago and go for 3M flooring friction tape (those looked like sandpaper surface) gave me powerful...

I did manage to remove three screws but all i got was a an enclosed metal cylinder and 3x wires connected. I still dumb founded on how to open the cylinder motor as i don't see any screw enclose it. This is on PRO model. I knew the motor inside is still spinning when i stop the bike/ brake...

Another bike with Qiroll Pro (latest version) still alive after daily abuse on all weather. However it started to sound like turbine jet like the first one if i keep boosting/throttle up. I suspect the inner clutch was loose or grinding along.

My Qiroll Pro still powering good on my bike in 2026 during daily commute. No problem. Battery still runs well since my first post. Anyone still rocking Qiroll? Video:

Good to hear you enjoyed the Mute version, i have to agree Qiroll should put the LED indicator status on the controller so we could see visually see and know which modes we're riding in. Sometimes i accidentally press the regen brake/mode button and didn't realized it slowed down on fast...
