REVIEW: QR-E 250W ELECTRIC BOOSTER BICYCLE MOTOR AND B60i AND B70 BATTERY

I did manage to remove three screws but all i got was a an enclosed metal cylinder and 3x wires connected. I still dumb founded on how to open the cylinder motor as i don't see any screw enclose it. This is on PRO model. I knew the motor inside is still spinning when i stop the bike/ brake...

REVIEW: QR-E 250W ELECTRIC BOOSTER BICYCLE MOTOR AND B60i AND B70 BATTERY

Another bike with Qiroll Pro (latest version) still alive after daily abuse on all weather. However it started to sound like turbine jet like the first one if i keep boosting/throttle up. I suspect the inner clutch was loose or grinding along.

REVIEW: QR-E 250W ELECTRIC BOOSTER BICYCLE MOTOR AND B60i AND B70 BATTERY

Good to hear you enjoyed the Mute version, i have to agree Qiroll should put the LED indicator status on the controller so we could see visually see and know which modes we're riding in. Sometimes i accidentally press the regen brake/mode button and didn't realized it slowed down on fast...

Yes i do tape it on top overlapping each other on the center of the friction roller which is good for extra thickness and durability.

Baseline for your Qiroll Pro Max is to look for 33V battery.

REVIEW: QR-E 250W ELECTRIC BOOSTER BICYCLE MOTOR AND B60i AND B70 BATTERY

If the tape not wide enough you can overlap the tape side by side to increase the width like how i did it from previous post photos. About traveling with ebike battery i have no experience about it but different airline allow certain watt hour capacity which you need to check.

REVIEW: QR-E 250W ELECTRIC BOOSTER BICYCLE MOTOR AND B60i AND B70 BATTERY

The tape i use is about 2.5cm width fit nicely for 320W Pro but on 400W i just overlap side by side. Attached picture how i overlap the 3M friction floor tape width by 2x when wrapping on the friction roller of 400W.

REVIEW: QR-E 250W ELECTRIC BOOSTER BICYCLE MOTOR AND B60i AND B70 BATTERY

I don't have the link. However i didn't use Qiroll friction tape, i just DIY 3M floor grip tape and layered twice (2x) on each side to increase the width. Works best. :) I'll post a picture how it looked like with 2x side layering on 400W tonite.

REVIEW: QR-E 250W ELECTRIC BOOSTER BICYCLE MOTOR AND B60i AND B70 BATTERY

Here's my experience between 400W and 320W. 320W (QR-E PRO) Lightweight. Stealth looks because the unit smaller. Consume less power on the battery. Ideal for: Minimalist looks and lightweight build. 400W (QR-E PRO MAX) Better hill climbing power assist/Torque power. Faster acceleration...

Good job dismantling the battery, first time i see an Ebike battery with huge amount of foams and huge size capacitor. I've toying a lot on Hailong aka Bafang battery but the H70 one looks like some DIY stuff going on. Ironically H70 battery lasts longer than my Bafang battery. Btw did you...

Trickle Charge worked! That problematic battery survived yesterday commute all the way through my journey and going up the hill using previously mentioned trickle charging method. Only experience "minus one bar"voltage sag but recovered back to two bar after reaching flat land and arrived...
