Starting to think that I might be able to ride again. I am looking at youth bikes, for women 5'-5'4". The leg measurement is key.
I am looking for a "youth e-bike forum".

I have it down to 4 bikes for recreation, hilly city & country SW WI, what ~3 features can make the difference? F/145#/5'4"
